6. Mobile Data Sharing and Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share data with subcontractors to support services such as customer support. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers of the text messaging service.

7. Recurring and Automated Communications
If you are enrolled in recurring Communications (e.g., regular alerts, reminders, or promotions), you agree these may be sent until you opt out.

8. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized user of that contact information.
